We are looking for a proactive, self-driven, and customer-focused IT Technician to join our growing team at IT On-demand. If you are passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to provide exceptional support to internal and external clients, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Resolve Level 1 technical support requests for hardware, software, network connectivity, and telephony.
- Provide remote and on-site support for endpoints, including laptops, desktops, printers, and VoIP devices.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN connections.
- Assist in patch management and software deployments using RMM tools such as Action1, Kaseya, PDQ Deploy or other approved software.
- Manage user accounts and ensure security policies are adhered to.
- Maintain asset inventory and track IT equipment.
- Support IT projects, client onboarding, and software rollouts.
- Document incidents, resolutions, KBAs and SOPs accurately.
- Provide training and guidance to end users.
Qualifications:
- Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, MCP, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent English and Spanish communication skills.
- Experience working in a BPO/Contact Center is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a desire to learn and grow.
